Erin O’Neill is a seasoned political and advocacy consultant with a track record of building movements, shaping narratives, and strengthening campaigns and causes. With deep experience leading nonprofit organizations, advancing progressive causes, and advising on high-stakes campaigns, Erin partners with changemakers to design and execute strategies that move people—and policy.

Her portfolio spans a wide range of issues, including access to affordable health care, health equity, child care and early education, countering disinformation, strengthening local journalism and trusted information ecosystems, and holding corporations accountable. Whether building grassroots programs, shaping campaigns, or guiding coalition strategy, Erin focuses on helping organizations build support, translate priorities into action, and create measurable change.

Erin held executive leadership roles at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, where she led national advocacy campaigns and grassroots organizing efforts. She also brings experience from presidential and state-level political campaigns, as well as organizations including the Democratic National Committee, People For the American Way, and the AFL-CIO.
