Erin O’Neill is a nationally respected political and advocacy consultant with a proven track record of building movements, shaping narratives, and driving impact. With deep experience leading nonprofit organizations, advancing progressive causes, and advising on high-stakes campaigns, Erin partners with changemakers to design and execute strategies that move people—and policy.

Her portfolio spans a wide array of pressing issues: from advancing access to affordable health care and health equity, to expanding access to child care and early education, countering disinformation, and holding corporations accountable. Whether she’s building a grassroots army, crafting winning campaigns, or guiding coalition strategy, Erin brings the same focus: helping organizations create meaningful, measurable change.

Previously, Erin held executive leadership roles at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, where she led national advocacy campaigns and grassroots organizing efforts. She also brings experience from presidential and state-level political campaigns, as well as organizations like the Democratic National Committee, People for the American Way, and the AFL-CIO.
